The products sold on clearoutgas.com are less-lethal aerosol defense devices, including pepper spray, tear gas, and OC/CS formulations. These products are regulated by federal, state, and local law. Laws differ significantly from place to place and change over time.

It is your responsibility to verify that you may legally purchase, possess, carry, and use these products where you live before you order. Restrictions may include minimum age, quantity or formulation limits, registration requirements, outright civilian bans, and limitation to authorized law-enforcement or government purchasers.

Sales and Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship certain products to jurisdictions where their sale or possession is restricted or prohibited. We do not currently ship outside the United States. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfill. Certain products are available only to qualified law-enforcement, corrections, security, or government purchasers, and proof of eligibility may be required prior to shipment.

We do not ship the following products to: Wisconsin, New York, Michigan, Massachusetts, California, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina.
