Shipping policy
Order Processing Orders are processed within [1–2] business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Age & Eligibility By placing an order you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age required where you live, whichever is higher) and that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess these products in your location. We may require age verification or proof of eligibility (such as law-enforcement or agency credentials) before shipping certain items.
Shipping Methods (Hazardous Materials) Our aerosol defense products are regulated as hazardous materials for transport. Because of this:
- Orders ship by ground service only (e.g., UPS Ground / FedEx Ground). We cannot offer air, expedited, or overnight shipping.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, as these route by air.
- A hazardous-materials handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
- Typical transit time is [3–7] business days after processing, depending on destination.
Where We Ship & Legal Restrictions You are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of tear gas, OC/CS, and aerosol defense products in your area. These laws vary significantly by state and city, and some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit civilian purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfill to a given destination. We do not ship the following products to: Wisconsin, New York, Michigan, Massachusetts, California, New Jersey, Nevada, North Carolina. Certain products may be available only to qualified law-enforcement, corrections, or government purchasers, and proof of eligibility may be required. If you place an order to a restricted location, we will cancel and refund it.
International We currently ship within the United States only.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Please confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout — we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. An adult signature may be required on delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at sales@aerkointernational.com within 3 day of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.
Returns For safety and hazmat reasons, opened or used aerosol products are non-returnable. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
