Refund policy

Because our products are pressurized aerosol defense devices regulated as hazardous materials, our return policy is necessarily strict for safety, legal, and contamination reasons. Please read it before ordering.

All Sales of Opened Products Are Final

For safety and hazardous-materials reasons, we cannot accept returns of any aerosol product that has been opened, used, activated, or had its tamper seal or safety cap removed. These items cannot be legally reshipped or resold once opened. This applies to all pepper spray, tear gas, OC, CS, OC/CS, and aerosol grenade products.

Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original, undamaged, factory-sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
- You must contact us at to request a return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping, which must use ground service only (these items cannot legally ship by air). We are not able to provide prepaid air labels.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at sales@aerkointernational.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll repair, replace, or refund the affected item at no cost to you, including return shipping when applicable.

Non-Refundable Charges

Original shipping charges and any hazardous-materials handling fees are non-refundable except where an order is canceled before shipment or where we made an error.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund any time **before it ships**. Once an order has shipped it follows the return terms above. If we cancel an order because we cannot lawfully ship to your location (see our Shipping Policy and Legal Notice), you will receive a full refund.
